Company Offer:

Main responsibilities:

° Handle timely invoice processing (including deciding on the tax codes) and posting received
  invoices;
° Schedule payments & generate payment file;
° Perform reconciliations;
° Manage & master data for vendors, provide account statements;
° Provide Top Management with internal reports;
° Perform maintenance and reconciliation of vendor data.
 

Main requirements:

° University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations;
° Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Google features;
° Good analytical, planning, organizational, time-management and communication skills;
° Proficiency in English (Intermediate: spoken and written).
 

The Company provides the full training. The previous experience in accounting / finance would be appreciated.
