Right now, we are looking to fulfill the following position:
» Customer Support Specialist in Web/IT
We have two work schedule options available:
- Full-time Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00;
- We also offer a part-time option where you can create your own work schedule.
The position is available in office and remote.
- University Degree; Having a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Management or Pedagogy would be a plus;
- Upper intermediate or advanced English writing skills is a must.
- Responsible, hard-working, self-motivated.
As a Customer Support Specialist, the candidate will be working for one of our growing ecommerce projects which we launched in 2015. On this project, we’ve had over 10,000 sales to 6000 customers coming from 120 countries. The candidate will be responsible for making our customers happy by providing excellent sales, billing, and technical support.
We offer a very competitive base salary with lots of bonuses for performance. The salary will be discussed individually and will depend on experience.
We will offer a free 2 weeks training to get you up the speed with the industry, our business and your role responsibilities.
