Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Sales Representative Card Sales
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Increase sales by reaching the maximum buying potential of existing customers;
Reaching and exceeding budgetary targets;
Development of clients network within the sales area;
Monitor and evaluate the relationship with the customer: payment history, credit limits, other relevant info related to customer activity that could hurt the company;
Overall minimization of the risk-costs;
Develop a strategy of prospecting potential customers: research, presentation of Petrom products, making the offer, negotiating prices and payment terms, contracting, providing required training to implement the desired product solution;
Maximization of the profit margin in the sales territory;
Take active part in projects and customer related events, workshops and CSR activities;
CRM system: keep up-to-date info in the client database and use it in achieving goals;
Monitor and analyze market developments (competition activity) and report important events;
Monitor and report important activities and relevant information to the management upon request;
Planning of weekly customer visits to existing and potential customers respecting the rules set out by the department manager.
Work experience in the sales field would be an advantage;
Fluent in Romanian, Russian and English;
Driving license –B category;
Good PC (MS-Excel, Word, Power Point) knowledge;
Good social & verbal skills;
Negotiation & persuasion skills;
Ability to work under stress;
Skills of conflict resolution and crisis situations.
