Team Leader Asset Management
Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Team Leader Asset Management
Position Scope:
Ensure functioning and well-maintained asset structure to facilitate smooth business operations.
Responsible for Petrom asset strategy and manages all issues relating to it. This includes contract management, network optimization and monitoring of performance.
Responsible for national tender projects and the planning and monitoring of maintenance works.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support Retail Manager in planning and executing all asset-related aspects:
Define country Asset Management strategy;
Advise Retail Manager on all asset-related aspects;
Break down/adapt overall strategy to country level:
Implement overall strategy and monitor status on ongoing basis;
Define detailed KPIs for country network;
Ensure information availability about Asset relevant issues;
Consolidate and report to International Asset Manager on regular basis;
Monitor existing network performance and propose action:
Define potential cost savings on the existing asset base;
Divest by closure or sell-off to other parties if necessary;
Suggest opening/acquiring of new stations if economics and feasibility checks are positive;
Responsible for managing asset processes with owners of rented stations (investments, feasibilities, FS design, technical standards, construction supervision, taking over locations, follow up);
Modernize existing stations following same procedure if economics and feasibility checks are positive.
Manage national maintenance and corresponding tender processes:
Draft short, mid and long term maintenance plans;
Manage national tender processes for maintenance contracts;
Set up budget according to network plan;
Prioritize maintenance works in case of budget shortage;
Maintain relationship and act as central contract point for national maintenance providers;
Maintain relationship with owners of rented station for maintenance process and parties responsibilities;
Manage real estate contracts:
Prolong contracts in case of expiry;
Renegotiate real-estate contracts aggressively
Administer existing contracts;
Advise/approve changes in asset base requested by other departments;
Focusing on amendments in shop/gastro;
Focusing on amendments in car wash;
Etc.
Main requirements:
Educational requirements: University degree;
Work experience in similar position: at least 7 years
Management experience at least 5 years
Languages:, Romanian; Russian; English fluent
Computer literate;
Very good Knowledge of Republic of Moldova legislative requirements;
Driving license cat. B;
Good presentation & communication skills;
Managerial skills;
Management of contractors;
