Background:

The Association of Private Healthcare Providers of Moldova (UIMSP) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organization, established as an association of private entities in November 2014. The organization aims to become a platform that facilitates communication between central authorities and public and private healthcare sector, in order to help accelerate the development of high-quality health services, accessible to every citizen of Moldova.
 

UIMSP is the implementing partner of the “Quality and Efficiency of Health Services in Moldova” project. The project goal is the improvement of quality and efficiency of health services, focusing on the improvement of the care provided, as well as on the development of a quality assurance system in 3 selected acute secondary care hospitals (Cahul, Orhei and Edinet).
 

Position Description:

UIMSP seeks qualified candidates for the position of Project Coordinator (full-time). The initial period of employment is of 6 months (1 March-31 August 2017) with the possibility of extension.
 

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• ensure project administration, coordination and implementation, in close cooperation with the national chief expert and the international team leader;
• ensure the administrative and financial management of the project;
• develop work plans, operational plans and schedules of activities for each Terms of Reference issued by financing organization;
• regularly communicate, exchange information and coordinate project activities with financing organization, international team leader and all experts involved;
• participate in the coordination and supervision of the individual short-term assignments;
• ensure the compliance of project activities with the financing organization’s policies, procedures, regulations and requirements;

Qualification and Experience required:

Desired Skills and Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor degree and above
• Strong knowledge of the mobile telecommunication device area and
  Retail business
• Previous good relationship with Moldovan or Romanian telecom
  Operators/Distributor/Retailer is a plus
• Familiar with the industry market and the trend in European countries
• Ability to analyze the value of current business and opportunities,
  formulate relevant strategies and organize the fulfillment
• Strong negotiation skills and expertise in sales project management
• Minimum 5 years of proven successful sales track record of meeting
