Intreprindere specializată în dezvoltarea proiectelor investiționale în sectorul agricol este în căutarea candidatului perfect pentru poziția de Asistent Executiv, cu o perspectivă de creștere profesională.
 

 

Arii de responsabilitate


I. Suport Executiv:

a. Mentinerea disciplinei si a atmosferei lucrative. Promovarea si imbunatatirea
   eticii profesionale, a moralitatii, a regulilor si directiilor setate de GM/CEO.
b. Monitorizarea si gestionarea calendarului si agendei GM/CEO; asigurarea
    notelor si a progresului pre si post-meeting.
c. Oferirea feedback-ului si a directiilor ce tin de disciplina interna. Mentinerea
    conduitei in conformitatea bunelor practici si valori.
d. Asigurarea comunicarii si raportarii transparente catre GM/CEO pe toate
   subiectele administrative, sarcinilor si a climatului lucrativ.
 

II. Suport Administrativ:

a. Monitorizarea stocului si a consumabilelor si asigurarea utilizarii lor corecte
   si eficiente. Asistenta colegilor in subiecte ce tin de achizitii generale,
   documente, consumabile si contacte.
b. Directionarea sarcinilor si a colegilor catre persoane responsabile potrivite,
   conform Organigramei si/sau indicatiilor GM/CEO.
c. Reprezentarea companiei si interesele ei generale fata de clienti, contacte,
   apeluri, scrisori, etc. Asigurarea raspunsurilor prompte si profesionale,
   impreuna cu informarea persoanei interne corespunzatoare.
 

III. Suport Operational:

a. Urmarirea executiei sarcinilor cotidiene si a performantei Sefilor de Sectii.
   Asigurarea follow-up-ului progresului si a termenelor insarcinarilor. Oferirea
   feed-back-ului si ajutorului dupa caz/necesitate.
b. Administrarea si pastrarea ordinei juridice si a sectorului HR conform
   procedurilor si directiilor interne. Luarea initiativei in rezolvarea problemelor si
   provocarilor companiei, care nu intra sub incidenta responsabilitatii Sefilor de
   Sectii curenti.
c. Asigurarea si mentinerea sinergiei intre colegi, oferindu-le sprijin si asigurarea
   disponibilitatii intrumentelor adecvate necesare.
 

Cerințe față de candidat

- studii superioare in economie sau drept vor fi un avantaj
- abilităţi de comunicare excelentă în limbile româna, rusa, engleză va fi un
  avantaj
- cunoaşterea de bază a calculatorului
- onestitate, corectitudine, responsabilitate si punctualitate
- dorința și capacitatea de dezvoltare profesională continuă

- Участие в подготовке технической документации перед началом строительства и в процессе строительства;
- Калькуляция алюминиевых систем для устройства вентилируемых фасадов;
- Предлагает конструктивные решения по использованию систем каркасов для вентилируемых фасадов;
- Составляет техническую документацию согласно особенности объекта.

An Audit Assistant in our team:

• Develops an understanding of the Deloitte audit approach, methodology &
  tools;
• Establishes working relationships with client personnel;
• Performs analytical review of audit documents;
• Reviews client accounting and operating procedures and systems of
  internal   controls;
• Identifies accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues
  that arise;
• Applies concepts of risk assessment;
• Provides recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business
  efficiency.
• Exhibits a professional, business-like demeanor;
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
  or other economic major preferred, but not mandatory) obtained or to be
  obtained in 2016; Other non- economic degrees (e.g. Engineering) are
  eligible provided the candidates demonstrate active interest in finance and
  business matters;
• Previous exposure to business environment and/or involvement in
  extracurricular activities will be appreciated;
